About Firepit HQ
Firepit HQ will sell gas fire tables, fire bowls, wood-burning pits, burner kits and patio heaters, shipped direct from the manufacturers, once our manufacturer accounts are open. We are an independent, US-based retailer with no affiliation to any manufacturer.
This page puts three commitments on the record.
Pricing at MAP
We price at MAP. Where a manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price, we hold to it, every time. We will not undercut the showroom dealers who carry the same brands. If you want a discount code for signing up in sixty seconds, we are the wrong store.
Real Lead Times
Large fire features ship by freight, and the honest answer is usually weeks, not days. We will publish the actual window for each manufacturer rather than a number that reads better.
Manufacturer Relationships
We do not claim relationships we do not have. As of October 2026 we are opening manufacturer accounts. When an account is approved, that brand's page will say so. Until then, it will not.
